I am passionate about guiding others on their journey to wellness through a plant-based lifestyle.
Here is a little bit about me. I grew up eating processed junk food. Boxed mac 'n cheese, chicken nuggets, cheesy corn chips, sugary cereals, American cheese slices (you know, the ones that are individually wrapped in plastic?), white bread, hot dogs, and the occasional soggy canned vegetable.
I have a strong family history of heart disease on my paternal side and colon cancer on my maternal side. It wasn't until my own health scare in 2013 that I began to think about what I was putting into my body and how it can affect me.here to edit.
